Our 9th release on Touchstone Recordings comes from Magnus aka Michael Lee Wadel, a guy with a healthy musical output in 2012 with huge releases on Perfectl Flouro amongst other labels of pedigree. The 2 track double-header kicks off with ‘Thread Ender’ which displays Magnus’ psy influences whilst also appealing to the main room trance fraternity. Warm key changes underpin a subtle lead line and neat stabbed chord riff, flanged mid lines provide the grit and the percussion is clean & to-the-point. ‘Radiant Dawn’ is on the flip, this time it’s a slick heads-down bassline which provides the hook & groove in one whilst a cheeky arpeggiator line & pluck stabbed melody create a question/answer situation which gets right under the skin. 2 wicked instrumental club tracks – take your pick.
