Taken from Disc 2 of Solarstone’s critically acclaimed ‘Electronic Architecture 3’ compilation comes ‘Memories’. Two mixes which cover different areas within the Pure Trance spectrum. The Original Mix stands out from the fray firstly thanks to its stark and spacious production that echoes the simplicity of early PVD productions. Keeping the frills, whizz-bangs & pops to a minimum, Tom focuses on the plucked melody and subtle progressions, keeping things simple but effective. On the remix tip is Alan Morris (of Transistic Records / Ferrin & Morris fame) with a highly polished peak-time helping of uplifting trance.
